Versa syncing issues

Since updating the firmware on my versa as the app instructed me to do I have had issues with syncing my device to my Samsung  phone app. The app says it can’t find the device...

i have tried reinstalling the app twice. I have reset my versa watch numerous times. I have unpaired and repaired my device with the blue tooth on my phone.

The app on my iPad is working fine which is odd.

ive had this issue before when updating the firmware....very frustrating!!!

any ideas other than the things I’ve already tried?

@Niki3122 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing.

 

I appreciate the workarounds that you have tried before contacting our forums. Please let me know what is the model of your Samsung device.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
