Fitbit Versa 2 Today Tab Not Working

While using my Fitbit Versa 2 I realized that the Today tab doesn't work anymore. It will show the Fitbit logo like it normally does when it's loading but then it just exits. I've tried

  • Restarting
  • Changing watch face

Thank you for sharing this information and for the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these steps to restart your device.

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.

I’m having the same issue and I’ve tried everything! I got mine a month  ago and i have nothing has worked.
