Got the Versa 2 in January 2020. Over the last month the screen response has continued to get worse and it is at the point now where it does not respond at all. Cosmetically the watch is in perfect shape and has never been near water. Restarting the watch does not work. Any suggestions? I have reached out about this issue on Twitter

Im having the exact same issue. If you have gotten any guidance on how to fix it, please let me know. This is my second versa. The first fried for no reason and now this one, bought in January, is now unresponsive. It's not damaged, never been in water and the screen will not work. I even restarted, factory reset and nothing. Im getting very irritated with Fitbit. I pay good money to have a watch the does all this and i would like it to work.

Call the customer support number to have them walk you through updating Versa 2 to make the screen and settings work. Have your phone and pc available.

The problem with that is, is all that want are a million and one pictures and it also hard to update when the touchscreen doesn't work. I've tried all that.

I was able to unpair and then pair my watch again to my phone. This allowed the touch screen to work slowly which I them factory reset the watch. Seems to be okay now. Will let you know how it goes. Good luck!
