I bought my versa 2 watch in spain (europe) and i got 2 years of warranty. Date:- 24th december 2021 which means my warranty expires on 24th devember 2023. Suddenly my heart rate and sleep track stopped working and i contacted them and their said its hardware issue and i have replace it so when i went to the shop where i bought their said contact fitbit through their website their send the replacement to the door. But when i contacted them their are saying this :-
Unfortunately, your product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy.
Why are their saying this, while 2 months still remaining in my warranty.

@M.Adhnaan Hi. This is a user community forum. No one here can tell you why they said that. Maybe ask support for more info?

Yeah i know but i need help from users if anyone have faced this before because every time i contact support i m getting same reply
