Fitbit Versa 2 adding debitcard to wallet app crash

Dear Sir/Madam

Specifications

Phone - Samsung Galaxy S7

Fibit - Versa 2 - Firmware 35.70.714

Fitbit App - Downloaded on 05/06/2020 - Installed on internal phone memory

Bankcard - In list of available cards for contactless payment (https://www.fitbit.com/be/fitbit-pay/banks Belgium)

Both phone and fitbit are pincode protected

I just bought my Fitbit Versa 2 yesterday. As I tried to connect my debit bankcard to my Fitbit Wallet the app keeps crashing. I tried two different debit bankcards (from different banks) and also another phone Samsung A50 (2019). According to my bank details it should be possible to use the debitcard within the Fitbit Pay environment: https://www.kbc.be/retail/en/products/payments/self-banking/fitbit-pay.html?zone=topnav

Cards tried:

KBC - Maestro (App crash)

Hello Bank - Maestro (App crash)

Hello Bank - Visa (OK!)

The app crashes after all card details are filled in (cardnumber, valid date, name, ...). I even tried to fill in the security code which is not available on a Maestro card. I restarted both Fitbit and phone, reinstalled the app, deactivated wallet in online cashboard, ...

The only card that works is my visa card.

I'm running out of options and this is getting frustrating...

I'm looking forward to get some help.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards

Shana

I having problem with this too.

Getting an error message when i try adding my card.

Fitbit pay had worked for me with kbc, but after the last update it stopped working.

Error message:

" fout

Er us een probleem opgetreden bij het verifiëren van je kaartgegevens met je financiële instelling.

Controleer je gegevens en probeer het opnieuw"

Dit phone the bank, but they didn't find any problem on thier side.
