Fitbit Versa 2 and ring notifications won't work properly

My old blaze fitbit would notify me when my ring doorbell went off. New versa 2 will not. I have it set up to allow but it wont alert me. Any ideas?

@Kmaze, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won't ring for the notifications feature.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, I would like to know if you refer to the alarms when you mentioned that your Versa won't notify you when your ring doorbell goes off or did you refer to call/text notifications.

My Versa does not notify me of motion at my front door.  It will notify me of incidents happening in my neighborhood but nothing else.  I just bought a new TicWatch and it notifies me perfectly so it is not the ring app
