Fitbit Versa 2 band changing

This is my fourth Fitbit and have loved them all.  Just got this Versa 2 and it's going back ASAP!  Changing the bands turned out to be a nightmare for me.  Maybe the person who designed it thought it was a good idea to make it difficult.  Ugh.  I already sold my old Fitbit Charge3 so now I'm stuck.  Love the watch, hate the band changing!

Sadly, my Versa 2 is the same.  I'm 15 minutes into trying to change the band.  The end is simply slightly too large for the space.  In theory it should be as simple as the video - in practice I'm going to have to cut down the band.

My woven band loads easily. The plastic band is a bit wider and doesn't fit. I carved one down and still can't get it to work.

It’s a shame they designed it so poorly. I really like the watch, I just can’t deal with the band changing ☹️
