I was approved to recieve a new tracker and fitbit asked me to send back my watch.  I know i need to keep my charger.  Do i need to keep my strap as well?  In other words do i need to dismantle my watch and keep the band? Sorry if it is a stupid question but i am worried i will need to keep my strap for future use.

Hi @Jacjo  usually they want the pebble, the heart of your device and not the band or the charger. To be sure, check the email you were sent by support. Not a stupid question, but it's good to know before you ship everything back. Glad you're with us.
