Fitbit Versa 2 'home' or left button stuck

Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice, have had my fitbit versa 2 now for a year and a half and for the past few months the left/home button has been stuck. There is absolutely no way of freeing the button (it won't click properly and cant use the function to reset or return to the clock face). I suppose my question really is can I get it repaired or have it replaced? Although this wouldn't come under warranty as it's been over a year since purchasing the fitbit.

Thanks

Can I just check a couple of things. Are you sure it's a Versa 2 as this has only been available since September last year.

Also, if you are in Europe the warranty is 2 years

Unfortunately, fitbits don't tend to be repairable and they have no service centres. So, I think you need a replacement, it's just a question of whether you are in warranty or not.

Perhaps the best option would be to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

Yes it must be the Versa! my fault for not checking.

It's been pretty frustrating not having the use of the button but I think I still have all of the receipts from when I purchased it around May/June 2018 but it looks as though it is under two-year warranty.

Thanks for the help!

Hi, thanks for your reply.  I'm in the US.  Yes, it's a Versa 2, got it for Xmas 2019.
