Hi, Ive had fitbit for less than a week and to start with was running great, however the last 2 days my steps arent being counted correctly. Yesterday i lost over 2000 steps. Today there seems to be a lag of steps. Ill walk and it will take a few minutes for my steps to increase then they will disappear again.
Ive tried resetting the watch and changing the clock face. I regularly sync the watch too. Can you please advise on the best steps to take to rectify this issue?

Hi @LouiseW5, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's losing the total amount of steps. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing more data. After this, monitor your Versa 2 during the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
