My Fitbit is no longer vibrating for alarms or notifications (texts, calls, emails, etc...)
I have tried to fix this by turning the watch off and on. I have also deleted the app (Android) on my phone and re-installed it. I've made sure that notifications are on and that my phone is not on silent. In the settings, the watch is on "always vibrate."
Does anyone know what is going on? I am extremely frustrated by this issue. I have had this watch for only a week and it is extremely concerning that I am having an issue with a very basic function.

@gogoginza, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't vibrate when receiving notifications or for the set-up alarms. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, turn off and turn on the notifications again and see if your Versa 2 vibrates for the alarms and notifications properly.
