Today my Fitbit versa 2's screen became unresponsive, I could see the clock face (I'm using the standard) but no swiping action was working. I did a factory reset, after the 3rd failed reset the screen is now black, unresponsive and the fitbit isn't turning on. The heart rate sensors aren't active either.
It seems to be a frequent thing. Is there a fix?
