Fitbit,
I have the Fitbit Versa 2. Gifted to me for my birthday in December. I originally had this fitbit set up on a Samsung S7 and it worked great. I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S10e at the beginning of the year for work and ever since my Fitbit versa 2 will not receive text messages. As everyone else is reporting, in every other aspect the watch works fine. As of last night I was receiving messages magically for about 5 minutes and then back to nothing.
I bought this watch due to its perfect simplicity in that I don't need a computer on my wrist. Getting messages through my watch was a bonus I was very happy with. At this point my husband spent our hard earned money on a watch that is proving not worth the money because it is doesn't work with listed compatable phones/devices and the costomer service knows this is an issue with no fix in site?? Come on fitbit.
So far, my rating of Fitbit Versa 2.. Not worth the money for the amount of headaches.

@NurseyNurse Oh my, I am having so many issues with my Versa 2 as well, it's unreal. I wasn't receiving notifications. Called customer service, they were literally useless to help me. Told me to borrow someone else's phone and install all my info on there and see if the watch would pair to it, etc., like srsly??? Now it won't sync at all. I have had this watch for 12 days and I am getting ready to take it back to the store.
