Fitbit Versa 2 screen issue

So I woke up and found that my versa 2 screen was very dark and dim. It was not because of the light setting on it. I reset it 2 times and that’s when it went back to normal brightness.

 

But I did feel that the color of the screen was a bit off. Like color disoriented. Can anybody help me with this?

Hi @Liam2008 - you are probably in Sleep mode. To check, pull down from the top edge once and then again and tap on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and disable Sleep and Do not disturb icons.

they are already both disabled. I turned it on off but still no difference.
