Fitbit Versa 2 screen stopped working

Hello - this morning as I awoke my Fitbit Versa 2 screen was projecting a black screen that was unresponsive. Throughout the morning the screen was black, gray and black, green and other colors. The watch has constantly shut on and off, and has had no response to actions and has not responded to pairing with the app on my phone.

 

I reached out to @Fitbitsupport on twitter this morning and have not received a response.

 

The watch was purchased in October 2019 via Amazon.
