Hi. I got this versa 2 ordered from Amazon India about two years ago. In this 2 years period I wore it almost everyday and it never gave me any issues . I updated it regularly. Recently, my versa 2 stopped working . Heart rate and sleep tracking is not working. Also, screen does not respond well to touches . I tried troubleshooting and did every step mentioned in the various answers provided by experts to different queries. Nothing worked . Kindly help me out .

Hi @Shubham007 I think your Versa 2 has unfortunately died, but try Restarting your Tracker  several times before you throw it out.
