Hello everyone. I received my V2 about 3 months ago after upgrading from a VLite that wasn't working properly. It has been working like a champ until yesterday. I started the exercise function to track a walk and noticed that after none of my steps saved. The showed up on bot the device and the app, but later on (about 30 minutes) they reset back to the number of steps I had before the walk. I figured it was a fluke and went about my day at work. I'm a pharm tech and am on my feet constantly. I usually hit about 9000 to 13000 daily....after I came home I took it off to plug it in (14% power) and showered. Went to put it back on to sleep and noticed the steps were at 300 something....today the same thing. I even did a test and walked with the app open, my wife said she could see them registering as i walked....got to 355.....decided to wait about 20 minutes and BAM, 247! Wha? I did a factory reset and updated the OS and tried again....still the same thing. My stride is set to automatic and it is on my non dom wrist....what gives? Thanks
