Suddenly yesterday screen goes to logo and stays. Tried restarting, does not work. Tried to unpairing from app and iPhone - now it does not connect with wifi, iPhone or sync with app. No response when docked for charging; no lights seen. I have the latest version. any advice on how to solve the problem?
