Fitbit versa lite stuck in reset

Hello,

i was wondering if anyone could help me my Fitbit looks like it is stuck in reset then will say no connected the connected then back into the reset with the icon and a blue line vertically on the side.  Not sure if this makes any sense

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
