I got my Versa 2 during the Black Friday sales(2019). I have been using it ever since(only 4 months). With the last month it is having trouble recognizing my touch. I tried some suggestions I saw, like restarting it and making sure the watch face was one made by Fitbit. These things have not helped. Is there another solution?

Had mine only a week and it gets stuck move when it wants to,tapping the screen works only 10% of the time smh

That is pretty much what mine is doing. I have to tap it over and over to get it to move. Very annoying when I’m trying to set a timer or a workout quickly.
