Fitbit Versa 2 won't sync with iPhone 11

Hi there,

 

My Fitbit Versa 2 has worked perfectly until a few days ago. It suddenly won't sync with my iPhone 11 iOS 13.1.1. I have not updated my phone or changed any of the settings. They only thing I have done is confirm that the notifications are still on and I don't have the do not disturb button on.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
