Fitbit Versa 2 wont sync

My Versa 2 won't sync, I tried resetting it but It still won't sync. Because of this I don't get my alerts, anyone else having this issue?

It's getting ridiculous at this point that I can't get it too sync. It done it about a month or so ago then all of the sudden it started sync again.

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your watches as replacement devices:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I've tried all the trouble shooting nothing works. I'm almost to the point
that I'm gonna go with a different company and device all together. I'm
very disappointed
