Fitbit Versa 2

When updating wont allow to connect to wifi it say to try again and after reinstalling update it only sync once and then disconnects and wont allow sync at all. Was working fine for a day be I just got a new one because I thought something was wrong with the other one I got and I still have same problem. Please fix soon!

Hi @DiggityDave, welcome to the community.

 

Have you confirmed that your WiFi network is compatible with your Versa 2 (here)? Also with is only used for updating FW, faster app downloads/updates and music transfer, all syncing is done via Bluetooth.

 

I would recommend taking a look at the following help file (here) regarding syncing and following all of the troubleshooting steps.
