Hi my versa 3 is great for tracking walks, runs etc but I am struggling with syncing a swim or exercise class. I set record just the same, then stop it when I've finished but it never appears on my Strava. Anyone got any ideas please?

Hi there @Casidug. Welcome to Community Forums.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then restart your device.

Unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
