Versa 3 Inaccurate Active Minutes

While I was out for a walk, my Versa 3 calculated the Zone Minutes fine, but when I was home, and in relaxation mode, it calculated the Zone Minutes in Cardio for 40+ minutes out of nowhere, and that was while I was sitting down, and watching TV, about 20 minutes after my walk, which it’s never done!!  It was 85% charged.

Hi there @KMac8281, it's good to have you in the Community.

Thank you for the information and feedback. I'd recommend you restart your device.

Also check these articles, What are Active Zone Minutes or Active Minutes on my Fitbit device? and How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have restarted my device numerous times, and after the 5th or 6th time, it seems to have gotten more back to normal when it comes to exercise, but now it seems to be off with my sleep information.  It says that I sleep for a certain amount of hours at a time, meanwhile, I know that I do not sleep for those hours, b/c I do not sleep well almost every night.

I'm glad you are back on track and got this solved. Regarding the sleep I'd recommend you check these articles, How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and What factors can affect the hear rate reading on my Fitbit device?.
