My versa 3 has stopped responding and I am only seeing a black screen. I’ve tried charging it/discharging it and resetting it, but no change. It worked perfectly well before. Very frustrating. Any suggestions gratefully received!

Thank you for providing the details regarding the Versa 3. Sorry to know that you are having difficulties.
Please, try the following steps:
If that doesn't fix the issue, restart the device as suggested here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In case the device is still having difficulties, please change the clock face.

Hi, Thanks for your message. The problem started after I moved to a Google account. I can’t seem to go back to my old Fitbit account to see if that makes a difference .The versa 3 is charged (the screen came on initially to show 0% and then the Fitbit logo, so I know the screen does work). The versa is charged but it won’t synch using the Google Fitbit app. It last synched before the screen went black in early Jan when I moved my account to Google.
Do you know how I can force it to synch? Is there anything else you can suggest? Thanks
