So there appears to be no way to see reviews in the app, but is there a way to see reviews for clock faces and apps online?

Hi @SunsetRunner - good question, when you install a clock or app in the Fitbit App Gallery tile, it shows you your rating and,
Clicking on a clock face and "See all details" will give you the number of people who rated it and the average score.
This is a simple review mechanism [as there is no place to leave an actual review], though very few people actually bother to rate anyway.
However it also gives lots more useful information about the clock face. Fitbit items don't have much information..
For Apps just clicking on the app gives all the equivalent information.
Looking at the Fitbit Gallery in your browser that information isn't available.

Best AnswerThank you @Guy_ I thought perhaps there were actual reviews not just a rating system. I like to read reviews, especially the bad ones, to determine if the item in question actually has flaws or it's just operator error or somebody reviews delivery or customer service instead of the actual product.

@SunsetRunner- thanks, just in case you encounter problems there is a link at the bottom of the description where you can contact the developer for help or if there are problems.
This gives you the option to try something you like and if not change to something else. There are many free items in the gallery to choose from.
