Does anyone know what Fitbit (or Google) is doing to fix the issues going on with the Versa series? Mine has stopped tracking heart rate and sleep as well as other metrics. It’s only 10 months old. Is there a fix coming soon?
I’ve tried every fix suggested on the Fitbit forums and help site and still nothing. Please tell me there is a fix in the works.

Hi @Tryn2bFitDaddy - it's possible the watch is faulty and needs replacing under warranty.
If you tried restarting the watch and turning off and on heart rate and that hasn't worked, the only option to try is a factory reset but that is doubtful to make a difference.
If HR isn't working most other measurements won't work either as they depend on HR to operate fully.

Thanks for the advice. I did try the factory reset as well and nothing different happened. I keep seeing that this is a problem for many. But it doesn’t look like there is a verified fix yet.
