I have recently purchased a Versa 3 and I can’t access the code to set it up, it just shows the screen to put a code in on both phone (iphone13) and watch. I been following the steps I have seen on here that others have done and it still not working. The time is also 10 mins slow on the watch face. Any help appreciated.

Are you trying to pair it to your phone using the phone's Bluetooth settings? The correct way to set up the watch is to install the Fitbit app and use the app to find and install the watch onto the phone. Don't use Bluetooth settings at all. At least that's how it works on Android.
