Fitbit-ul meu Versa 3 smartwatch nu se mai conectează la un Samsung A13. A fost conectat timp de 1 an fără probleme, după 2 zile de nesincronizare am decis să dau resetare de fabrică a smartwatch-ului și când încerc să mă conectez cu telefonul scrie că a apărut o eroare. Respectiv nu se mai conectează. Am încercat cu vechiul telefon, un Huawei P30 lite, la care cu mare greutate s-a conectat, după ce am updatat și resetat ceasul din nou am încercat conectarea cu A13, iarăși fără succes. Nici aplicația Fitbit nu mai merge **ahem** trebuie pe telefonul A13. Având Android 14 nu ar trebui să aibe probleme. Vă rog frumos să îmi explicați care este situația. Mulțumesc.
