My fitbit versa 3 glitched out completely and went black couldn't see anything and blank stats when it finally Came to and started working the settings icon on the fitbit was gone, its not there anymore so I can't shut it down or do anything I need to do in settings . any suggestions?

Hi @Davogam3 - first try restarting by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears then release the button and wait for it to start.

This may not fix the problem and it will need to be factory reset. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
