Fitbit Versa 3 vs Garmin Forerunner 265

So I currently have a Versa but it's literally falling apart and being held together by electrical tape. The display doesn't work and I have to charge it every other day but the data is still syncing with the app. Of course I can't do this forever and plan on getting a new fitness tracker/smartwatch. I am pretty into running and lifting but havent had much of a chance since im going through PT right now and live in NJ so my outdoor running is limited to about half the year. I'm currently stuck between the Versa 3 and forerunner 265. Obviously the price points are extremely different but it seems like Garmin provides a lot of details that fitbit either doesn't provide or you need premium to see it. Here are things that I find very important in no particular order:

Built in GPS Battery Life Accuracy of reported metrics like calories, heart rate, step count, distance traveled, flights climbed, and sleep information Durability/average life of product Ease of navigating the app Smartwatch capabilities

It seems like Garmin has advantages in many of these things or give fitbit a run for its money. I'm also concerned with Google owning fitbit and if fitbit is going to get phased out especially with the pixel watch being released. So it comes down to this: is the forerunner 265 worth 3x the price of the Versa 3 ($137 vs $449)?
