I am so frustrated. I just got this versa 3 a little over a week ago. I have to go on my app 5-6 times a day (which I do not have time for) because my versa disconnects from my phone. I always get the same message as everybody else: "notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". I have been all over the internet and done everything that everyday suggests, and it constantly disconnects. The tracker was not cheap, and this is what I have to deal with. I have seen things about other people having the same problems, and I do not know when/if this will be fixed.
Edit: I have a Revvl 4 phone

Hi @PrincessG86 - did you find information about battery saving on the phone closing the Fitbit App?
It may be an issue to check as the App needs to be running in background.
