Fitbit Versa Battery

1. Purchased fitbit versa. Main issue is battery. It charges to 100% when connected to charger. As soon as I remove it from the charger it immediately drops to 99%. Called Fitbit tech support and did everything they told me but problem remains. I used it for 3-4 days until battery was fully drained and watch shut-down automatically. Still the same issue. Lastly I did factory resetting. The issue not resolved. Battery will charge to 100% but as soon as you take it off charger it drops to 99%. I think Fitbit needs to address it by software update. A while ago HP has this issue on laptop and they fixed it.

I think the Fitbit software considers anything under 100% to be 99% or less. Once you take it off the charger, as soon as that screen comes on, it is no longer 100%. I wouldn't worry about it. It's not wrong.
