Fitbit Versa Black Screen

I had my versa for about 3 years, but with it's often software updates, I noticed so many issues throughout. I lost my notification connection between my phone and the versa. I relied on being able to see my texts on the versa and calls. I got over it after awhile. Then, I now have a random black screen since the latest update. I reached out to the support team, and it was no help. I understand that my warranty has long expired. However, for issues like this where EVERYONE has the same issue, it is not the consumer's fault. I feel they should send me a replacement. All they gave me was a 35% discount. I rejected the offer as I do not feel it is fair to me. I simply didn't care and said thank you for your feedback. I am definitely going somewhere else.

Same here. Very sad. I was half-tempted to try again with the Charge 5 but have since read I can't use the discount with it 😩
