Fitbit Versa Blue Lines, Black Screen

This morning when I woke up, my Fitbit Versa was non-functional. All I get is a black screen with blue lines when I try to activate it. I’ve tried changing the clock face to a Fitbit one and I’ve restarted it several times (I think) with no luck. It’s kind of hard to know what I do when I see nothing but that black screen. At one point the clock showed up for two seconds only to fade out into the black screen with blue lines.

Occasionally the Fitbit logo appears and then fades out into the black screen right away.

Sometimes it’s connected to my iPhone and others it’s not. I have no idea what’s going on or how to proceed.

Please assist.

Hi @Saikowire That doesnt sound very healthy! I think you will need to contact Support and see if they are able to help. Fingers crossed!
