Yes, the exact same issue with Versa 1. Was on the chat with support and they suggested pairing a new device which didn't work. Would love to know other solutions. Of anyone maybe changed the docking station to help?
Best AnswerI have the Versa 2 and turns out there are some new updates I don’t think the watch agrees with. For me it started a few days ago I noticed my hr wasn’t reading on the watch and hadn’t synced in days. Contacted support, factory reset my lady was able to get a sync after an update installed but still no HR reading. Next day it’s charged to 100% and died by 1pm (I sit at work). Reached out last night for more trouble shooting, another factory reset later another update needed to install so I placed it on the charger, install got to 85% and stopped because the watch over heated. I can’t get it back on. Held all three buttons, and did all the other physical trouble shooting and still nothing. I’m missing out on challenges ☹️
