Fitbit Versa Clock Face Error

My Versa & App did an update last night and now my Versa shows "clock error" go to the Fitbit app & try another clock. It will not accept any of the Versa clocks! This has worked fine for months, so what happened??

Thanks for sharing those details on the situation that you are experiencing and for trying to change to a different clock face.

I moved your thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

My recommendation in this case would be to try restarting your Versa and then trying to change the clock face once again. That will help in getting it all to work correctly in case the issue is something not working properly after the update.

I didn’t even update - it just stopped working & have the clock error. I can’t load a new face

I tried restarting my Fitbit Versa.  Didn't fix the CLOCK ERROR.  Also tried turning it off, then on again.  Still did not fix the CLOCK ERROR.  HELP!
