I removed Coach from my Fitbit a while ago. I wanted to install it again now, but it won’t, see pics. I tried several solutions: resetting the Fitbit, using another WiFi (phone as hotspot), disconnecting my device... nothing works. The red bar keeps on buffering endlessly. I cannot install coach, but I cannot remove the app either. Please help?

@selmaester it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the Fitbit Coach installation issue that you are experiencing. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log in and try installing the Fitbit Coach app again.

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem, except the error I get is that it is Unable to contact to Versa. I can install other apps to the Versa but this one just won't install.
It was installed until this morning, when I uninstalled it because it didn't update to show any Premium content after I paid for a premium subscription. I uninstalled with the intention to reinstall, based on a recommendation from the Fitbit support pages. Now I can't install it at all so I've just wasted my money subscribing.

I have been trying to install the FitBit Coach app to my Versa 2 and nothing seems to work...
-Made sure on Wifi, synced, plugged watch into docking station
-Logged out of FitBit app, restarted phone, logged back in
-Tried a different Wifi network on watch and phone
Only thing I haven't tried (and I want to avoid) is a factory reset. Any ideas what else we can do?
