Fitbit Versa Connectivity Problem

I bought a fitbit model FB505 ON 29th of October 2019 from Flipcart online store but after installation there are certain problems facing since then like notification(Notification service not running, A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker) error, Bluetooth & wifi connectivity issues. My Firmware version is 32.68.9.15. Please advise.
