This is brand new out of the box today. I've tried the factory reset option that over read about and still not working. Setting up the watch was no problem but the screen doesn't respond to touch at all.

@Cdowdie13, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since the touch screen won't respond. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums by performing a factory reset.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face.
In the meantime, please let me know how the factory reset was performed.
