Fitbit Versa Died

I have a versa that is about 1.5 years old. It has always given me issues with battery life and synching but today it actually died. I have charged it for almost 5 hours on my computer and also plugged into the wall and neither seems to make a difference. I tried to restart with the 2 buttons and it won't turn on. It was only on a battery life of 21% when it died. I put it on the charger yesterday evening as it was getting a low charge notice and then put it on this morning (i didnt notice it it worked at all today as I was pretty busy today). But I did notice it was dead when I got home today and thus put it on the charger. Nothing in the last 5 hours of trying to charge it. Is it done now and needing to be replaced?

It is not sounding good @ErinBayani  If repeated restarts dont get it working then it is probably dead unfortunately. Have you tried  cleaning the contacts on the watch and charger just in case that helps it to charge (use an alcohol wipe)? It may be worth contacting Support (link in my signature) even if it is not still under warranty (warranty is wyearsbin Europe) as tjey may offer you a discount on a new one.
