My Fitbit Versa Display is flickering. Post changing the clock face struggling to view any notification or steps..Tried restart multiple times still no luck any suggestions..

I am sorry to hear your Versa display is flickering. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if you've changed the clock face to Fitbit designed one: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
