Fitbit Versa Display

I recently got a Fitbit Versa and it has worked for maybe a week, but now not so much... The clock displays steps, but it is not updating my steps. If I go into "today" and look for my steps, heartrate, etc, it shows the updated amount of steps, but the clock display isn't syncing to that? I've tried changing the clock on my app and that didn't work. I'm not sure if I need to reset the Fitbit? Or how I would even do that? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing that when you say the face has weather on it, it isn't a face created by Fitbit.  If so contact the creator directly and make sure it isn't a bug in the watchface itself.  Btw have you tried any of the other faces and had similar problems?

I certainly would try a RESTART first and do it several times if necessary.

I restarted the Fitbit several times and even shut it down completely and it still isn't working. I should mention, the heartrate, clock, weather functions all work properly on my display. When I restart it, my steps update to what the "today" screen shows, but then it doesn't update again, unless I go into the "today" screen or restart it.

I had selected an alternative clock display and didn’t realize it wasn’t created by Fitbit. I have since downloaded a clock made by Fitbit and everything works! Thank you so much.

Yay, at least it wasn't your watch 😎 as I said though, especially if you liked the face you were using, contact the person that made it.  Those that I have contacted about bugs and suggestions have appreciated the feedback and the chance to fix those issues.
