I bought a Fitbit versa 

how do I make it record my sleep pattern?

I have tried to start sleep on my app and stop it in the morning, but it only gives me the time that I started and stopped the app no breakup of sleep pattern

Hello @Laideedebbs and welcome to the Help forum.  Your Versa is designed to record your sleep automatically.  Just wear it to bed.   Your app should show sleep stages and your estimated oxygen variation (EOV) graph.  You also need to see sleep stages to get a sleep score.  How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? 

 

Tracking sleep on the app is used with older, legacy devices that can't track sleep automatically.  Your Versa is much more advanced.
