Fitbit Versa Glitching

Hi All! I am Hannah and I am new to the Fitbit community since I only just got my Fitbit versa last night and today it started glitching and it wont let me get back to main screen it anything else. I've tried the restart and shut down buttons and nine are working I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. Thanks👌

Wrong forum Hannah. But best option is to use your warranty if you can't restart it/or a restart doesn't help.

 

You could let the battery drain, so the Versa gets a reset via a flat battery and then charge it back up. Perhaps worth a try - as you're already clutching at straws I'm afraid.
