Versa Lite brightness settings is grayed out

We have gone into settings but brightness is greyed out and you can"t change it.

 

Someone suggested sleep mode may be on but that is greyed out as well.

Thanks for checking the brightness and sleep mode settings prior to posting. It's odd that the Versa Lite's screen is still grayed out and just to confirm, have you tried performing a restart? If so, I'd recommend to try the following steps to refresh your watch's settings:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove your Versa Lite from the list.
  2. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap on your profile picture.
  3. Tap on Set Up a Device and choose your Versa Lite from the list.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions and wait until its updated.

 

Once your watch is connected, try adjusting the brightness settings one more time making sure the sleep mode is off.
