I have been having many issues with my Fitbit and they are sending me a replacement, however until then I still want to be able to track my steps and the guy refused to help me further he said since they are sending me a replacement. He told me the only thing he can tell me to do now is recycle/trash my current one. 😐
Anyhow hoping anyone has experience with the clock face error message? After doing a factory restart and unpairing, I am trying to set my watch back up with the app and have been trying to add my clockface to the watch. It will not complete the clockface installation and just continually pops up an error message: "Unable to install - Install failed, please try again later" so it is constantly trying to simply finish installing my clock face, killing my battery on my phone and watch. I tried to go in to delete the clockface and just find another one but I do not have the option since it is the clockface it came with for set up and I also cannot download a NEW face because it tells me the other clockface is still trying to install. It is stuck. Any ideas how to get the installation to complete?
I have: Restarted my phone, hard restarted my fitbit, unpaired twice, unpaired from blue tooth, turned blue tooth on and off and turned wifi on and off. Nothing works.

Hi @lheller1031 , try to override this problem by installing a clock face developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If that does not work, before you do the above, restart your Versa three times in a row untill you see every time the Fitbit logo (internal reset) and then perform the above mentioned, Erik
