I have purchased a Fitbit Versa Lite and upon connecting the device to the app it says it needs a firmware update. it starts to do this and freezes up and prompts me to start over. I am unable to get any further on the fitbit screen than the logo and blue not even covering half of the logo. I have restarted the fitbit and my phone several times, turned on and off my Bluetooth. uninstalled and reinstalled the app and everything else I can think of. please help!!!!! I have read that to connect to wifi or turn off the fitbit u have to be into the normal screen but I cannot get there!
Best AnswerI have had the exact same problem and have being looking everywhere for an answer so hopefully someone will give us some information to sort this problem out. I love the versa lite but am very dishearted now....
