I noticed my heart rate isn't being picked up and the green light is no longer on. I picked up on this as my sleep pattern wasn't being recorded. I've tried resetting my watch and uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, however doesn't change anything. My steps and calories etc are still being recorded its just the heart rate that isn't working. Can someone help?

Try a Factory Reset (settings app and scroll down to About). Then set your Versa Lite up again. If the HR still isnt working then you will need to contact Customer Support
